This full gut renovation focused on improving both the flow and functionality of the home. We removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room and completely reworked the kitchen layout to create a more open, connected main living space. A new powder room was added to the first floor for added convenience.

Upstairs, we vaulted the primary bedroom ceiling and added additional closet space, along with a complete renovation of the full bathroom. The basement was also fully finished, adding valuable living space and making the most of the home’s footprint.

The result is a thoughtfully redesigned home that feels more spacious, functional, and cohesive from top to bottom.
